Pediatrician Helped Serve The Learning Disabled Posted on May 27th
Franklin L. Stroud, 69, who was the pediatrician of choice for thousands of Northwest Washington families during a three-decade career and who specialized in treating children with learning disabilities, died yesterday in a car crash about 50 miles west of Chicago. He had been in Illinois to care for his ailing mother.
