Warren Hillman; Retired Rockville Planning Director Posted on August 24th
Warren Hillman, 66, the Rockville planning director who aided the development of the Rockville and Shady Grove Metro stations and who, as a federal budget analyst, worked on the federal student loan program, died July 28 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. He had a rare form of acute myeloid leukemia.
